1- Pack your laptop and a fitness DVD or two. They are likely to travel with a laptop on a business trip. Tourists can benefit by bringing their laptops with them. Pop in a DVD of exercises first thing in the morning. Exercise in the morning will wake you up and get the blood flowing. You will be full of energy and ready to enjoy your day or conquer the long day of meetings to come that you might have.

2- Take a walking tour of the city you visit. Instead of jumping in a taxi or rent a car, try to walk as much as possible. Avoid public transport unless there is a storm, it will be late or destination is just too far. Instead of visiting the restaurant for a meal, walk to a neighboring property. This will give you the best opportunity to explore the local cuisine, stay in shape while traveling.

3- Sure to check the hotel Gym. If you have 30 minutes in the morning or evening, head to the gym to stay in shape while traveling. Depending on which hotel you stay at, there may be a stylish gym or a few machines in a small room. This is particularly useful for those who attend the gym to stay in a routine. In this way, there will be a fight to return to the gym when I get home.

4- Rent a bike and explore the city. Cycling is a fun way to explore any city, avoid traffic and stay in shape while traveling. Many cities - especially those tourist hot spots - while rental stations are where you can rent a bike at one location and return to another location.

5- Be  Sure to get a good night's sleep. Always try to keep some of your healthy habits during the trip. Make sure you 7-8 hours of sleep each night during a trip to keep cool.
